This letter confirms on May 10, 2019 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA19-41 for the property addressed 403 East Worth Street, Block 34, Lot 4,
Yates & Jenkins Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance
91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Construct a shed roof with metal roofing over the utility door to the side driveway;
2. Metal roofing on shed roof to be Berridge in Charcoal Grey Color;
3. Install metal chimney caps, with color to be black;
4. Install gutter and downspouts around perimeter of house with color to be: "Low gloss
White";
5. Exterior paint color selections and placement on structure:
a. Front door and utility door to be Sherwin Williams #SW6286 "Mature Grape";
b. Side entry door Sherwin Williams #SW6528 "Firewheel";
c. Front and back porch ceilings Sherwin Williams #SW6505 "Atmosphere";
d. Back porch interior walls Sherwin Williams #SW053 "Porcelain";
6. Install an Overhead Garage Door Model #OHD-17 with wood exterior;
as per the attached plans, photos, paint colors and specifications with the condition a
permit be obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit' -is Y is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
