This letter confirms on May 20, 2019 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA19-46 for the property addressed 409 East Worth Street, Block 34, Lot E60A
W1'5 & 12' Alley, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Remove existing 6' high wood fence facing street and 8' high wood fence along side
and rear property lines and replace with the same height new cedar fence with the
following specifications;
a. Cedar pickets to be mounted board beside board on pressure treated rails with
pressure treated kick board along bottom of fence attached to metal posts; metal
posts are to be enclosed with wood
b. A cedar cap to be install along the top of the fence;
as per the attached plan and photo with the condition a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit � is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
