SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATIONS CU10-10 AND CU10-11
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council accept the applicant's request to table conditional use
applications CU10-10 and CU10-11 and take any other action necessary.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Conditional use applications CU10-10 and CU10-11 are requests for two new restaurant
concepts on the Epicenter property on South Main Street where Bob's Steak and
Chophouse and Fireside Pies are currently located. The applicant is requesting to table
both applications until the June 15, 2010 meeting in order to make some improvements to
both restaurant designs. See the attached letter.

postponed to the June l e,2010 agenda. Improvements are being made to the two restaurant.
offerings and we will provide new information in the corning weeks that outline the features of
each restaurant_
