described as Block 30, Lot W75' - 3, City of Grapevine, Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Construct new wood frame shed with gambrel style roof on the existing
concrete slab in the rear yard of the house; the shed to be 16' wide x 20'
deep x 14' high;
as per the attached plans and photos with the condition a building permit is
obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit
