Our records indicate that your company has taken out permits that have expired
and have not been finaled.
Your permit application for 201 E. Franklin Street is in review and has not been
released for construction.
Failure to begin work within 180 days after permit issuance or allowing 180 days
to pass between inspections will result in an expired permit. Once a permit has
expired, the permit must be renewed and new fees paid. Permits which have
expired for more than 30 days are subject to the issuance of citations. No future
permits will be issued until the contractor resolves all expired permits
In order to reinstate your registration, your expired permit, must be re-applied
for and obtain final inspection. Enclosed is a copy of te permits issued to

following described work in connection with construction or improvements at: Northwest Trade
Center— 1061-1065—Texan Trail,TX
The work is to be performed as follows:
Item#1:
CONCRETE PAVEMENT REPAIR WITH FLEXBASE: 460 Square Feet
Saw cut defined limits of areas. Excavate failed pavement to a depth of 12". Install 4" of crushed
concrete and compact to a min of 95% density. Under cut edges 3" under existing concrete slab.
Drill ,dowel and epoxy grout edges of repair with #4 deformed dowels. Place 8" concrete with a
broom finish. Reinforce with #4 rebar at 24" on center. Concrete shall be 4,000 PSI with air
entrainment for durability and resistance to surface scaling. Cure concrete with a liquid membrane
curing compound to insure strength development. Saw cut control joints as necessary.

CONCRETE PAVEMENT REPAIR JOINT SEALING (CRAFCO 34222):
With mechanical saws, clean joints to remove loose foreign material and by blowing out the joints
with compressed air until completely free of dust and water. Install backer rod as required. Material
shall be a hot pour rubber material, capable of effectively sealing cracks in the pavement against
the infiltration of surface moisture.

INTREGAL CURB REPAIR (EXISTING): 4 LF by 18 Inches
Saw cut to remove existing curb and pavement to a depth of 6". Reinforce with #3 rebar. Place 6"
3500 PSI concrete with 6" curb to match existing curb. Cure concrete with a liquid membrane
curing compound. Backfill and grade as necessary.
