This letter confirms on April 23, 2019 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA19-36 for the property addressed 405 South Main Street, legally described as
Block 18, Lot 8, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Repaint exterior of front of building in new color scheme as follows:
a. Columns and roof edge: Sherwin Williams "Black";
b. Front wall of building and canopy: Sherwin Williams "Gray",-

Gray";2. Repaint existing sign with new tenant name and logo;
as per the attached color samples and sign mockup with the condition a permit is
obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Cer,t,qicate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit; is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
