The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: Install metal projecting sign on second floor tenant balcony: sign to be 2'-11" wide by 7'-0" with painted letters; 2. Install metal sign on first floor entrance canopy: sign to be 6'-0" wide by 3'-9" high with painted letters, supported on metal bracket; 3. On the rear of the building install metal sign on wall of tenant space: sign to be 6-3 1/8" wide by 3'-1" high with painted letters; as per the attached drawing and photos with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit"is,;/ is not required.
