This letter confirms on June 28, 2019 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA19-65 for the property addressed 235 Austin Street, legally described as
Block 105, Lot 1A, College Heights Addition, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Install stamped concrete paving in the area between the house and detached garage
as indicated on plan;
2. Relocate east door with glass window from garage to front door of house;
3. Relocate front door of house to east side of garage;
4. Change existing paint color of house from Redwood, on wall areas and gables of
the house and garage to Sherwin Williams #SW 2846 Roycroft Bronze Green;
as per the attached drawing and photos with the condition a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Cert',ficate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit &i / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
