This letter confirms on July 19, 2019 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved with
conditions #CA19-69 for the property addressed 600 w. College Street, legally described as
Block 44R, Lot 1 R-1, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate
of Appropriateness:
1. Install new 3'-0" high wood and rabbit wire fence with two gates in the front yard of the
house;
2. Install new 3'0" high wood and rabbit wire fence with one gate in the backyard of house
along driveway,
as per the attached plan and detail sheet with the condition a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permitis / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
