Install new 3'-0" high wood and rabbit wire fence with two gates in the front yard of the house; 2. Install new 3'0" high wood and rabbit wire fence with one gate in the backyard of house along driveway, as per the attached plan and detail sheet with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permitis / is not required.
