This letter confirms on July 16, 2019 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved with
conditions #CA19-72 for the property addressed 530 S. Main Street, legally described as Block
4, Lot 3A, Original Town of Grapevine, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was approved
on this Certificate of Appropriateness.-
1. Install two painted wood signs on roof of canopy on historic Gulf Station to replicate
the placement and size of original signs, using current tenant sign graphic art;
2. Install one painted wood wall sign on front of building over original garage bays with
detached painted wood logo sign on wall below-,
3. Install ceiling fan under canopy roof,
as per the attached photos, drawing and specification sheet with the condition a permit
be obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Ce f,rUiicate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is ./ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
