on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
Repaint the existing house in a new color scheme as follows:
Body of House: Benjamin Moore #HC-154 "Hale Navy",
Trim of House: Sherwin Williams #SW 7008 "Alabaster",
as per the attached photos and color cards.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a
permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building Department at
817-410-3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
