The engineer has also corrected the detail page to show the block/base supports that might need to be adjusted or replaced. This home is sitting down too low in some areas to access the crawl space so the exact number ofblock/base or supports will not be known until we start the repair and remove the skirting to access the crawl space. I have the engineer reworking the page to show the beams and he is going to state that the block/base units that are adjusted or replaced and will be numbered on the final inspection. I wanted to confirm that you are okay with this. Please let me know if that will work. Thank you. John T.
