Dear Property Owner or Current Resident:
On April 29, 2015, a permit was issued to install a 10 x 16 Storage Building at the
above reference address. The permit was issued to Tuff Shed. The contractor
has notified us that he has attempted to contact you to have the work inspected.
To date the work has still not been inspected. Please be advised that the
ordinance adopted by the City of Grapevine requires all work requiring a permit
to be inspected.
Equipment installation or construction work that does not comply with codes and
ordinances can cause damage, injury, and death. Our inspectors look closely to
ensure that all codes are met and the installation is safe to the best of their
knowledge. Until such time as we issue an inspection approval for your work, we
cannot confirm that there are no safety violations.
Please contact us at (817) 410-3165 or (817) 410-3158 to arrange a convenient
time for us to inspect the work. Our hours are 8:00 — 5:00 Monday through
Friday.
