The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: 1. Install approximately 75 linear feet of wood picket fence across the front yard of the house using pressure treated wood: fence to be supported on 4" x 4" wood posts, using 2" x 4" wood rails with a 2" x 6" wood top board and 1" x 4" wood pickets, with top cut at a 45 degree angle; 2. Repair the existing wood windows of the house, replacing broken glass and re -glazing as needed, 3. Repair or replace rotted or deteriorated siding and wood trim as needed; 4. Replace the existing 2' - 8" rear door with new 36" wide wood egress door, opening outward onto the rear wood landing; 5. Repaint the house using Sherwin Williams #SW 7005 "Pure white" paint color; as per the attached plan, specifications and paint colors with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building Department.
