Remove existing roof shingles from house and replace with new GAF Timberline High Definition roof shingles in "Pewter Grey" color; 2. Install new rear wood door to house using Buffelen #7523 in Furr wood; 3. Install new front door frame with sidelights to include: new Craftsman -style wood door - Buffelen #7523; and two wood side light panels - Buffelen #7502; as per the attached photos and specifications with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is / is not required.
