Texas St., 19-0168 Dear Contractor: On August 30, 2018, a fence permit application was submitted for 1102 Skyline Ct., on September 22, 2017, a fence permit application was submitted for 2929 N. Kimball Ave. And on January 15, 2019 a fence permit application was submitted for 713 E. Texas Street. Our records indicate that you never picked up your permits. The Building Department has become aware that the fences were installed without a permit. It is a violation of City ordinance to begin construction work without a permit. Beginning work without a valid permit (regardless of whether an application has been made) could result in the revocation of your contractor's registration for a period of not less than one year and a $2000.00 fine.
