Construct fencing on the property in the following locations: a. 55 linear feet of side by side 1" x 5" x 8' cedar board fence mounted on wood rails on galvanized metal posts; metal posts to be enclosed with wood along the rear property line; b. Install 69 linear feet of 1" x 5" x 7' cedar board fence mounted on wood rails on galvanized metal posts with posts to be enclosed with wood; install 1' high wood lattice on top of the fence, along the west property line; c. Install 68 linear feet of white painted wood picket fence along the west property line with 50% open space between pickets; as per the attached drawing and photos with the condition a fence permit be obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is / is not required.
