Our records indicate that you never completed the plan review process so your permit could be issued. The Building Department has become aware that the gazebo was installed without a permit. It is a violation of City ordinance to begin construction work without a permit. Beginning work without a valid permit (regardless of whether an application has been made) could result in the revocation of your contractor's registration for a period of not less than one year and a $2000.00 fine. You are hereby notified that you have 10 days from receipt of this letter to obtain a permit for the work done at the above referenced address or citations will be issued.
