Dear Contractor:
On June 22, 2018, a window & siding application was submitted to this office for
review for the above reference address. Our records indicate that you never
picked up your permit, the work was performed without a permit.
It is a violation of City ordinance to begin construction work without a permit.
Beginning work without a valid permit (regardless of whether an application has
been made) could result in the revocation of your contractor's registration for
a period of not less than one year and a $2000.00 fine.
Failure to begin work within 180 days after permit issuance or allowing 180 days
to pass between inspections will result in an expired permit. Once a permit has
expired, the permit must be re-applied for and new fees paid. Permits which have
expired for more than 30 days are subject to the issuance of citations. No future
permits will be issued until the contractor resolves all expired permits.
