On January 30, 2019 an e-mail was sent to you as a reminder. To date no lot drainage approval or final has been completed. Please be advised that the ordinance adopted by the City of Grapevine requires all work requiring a permit to have a final inspection. Failure to begin work within 180 days after permit issuance or allowing 180 days to pass between inspections will result in an expired permit. If you still want to demo the swimming pool a new permit must be re-applied for. Enclosed is a copy of the permit issued to you which have expired.
