The City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Workshop on this the 8th day of
May, 2007 at 4:30 p.m. in the City Council Conference Room, Second Floor, 200 South
Main Street, with the following members present to-wit:
William D. Tate Mayor
Ted R. Ware Mayor Pro Tem
Sharron Spencer Council Member
C. Shane Wilbanks Council Member
Clydene Johnson Council Member
Roy Stewart Council Member
Darlene Freed Council Member
constituting a quorum, with the following members of the City Staff:

H. T. Hardy Assistant City Manager

Scott Williams Development Services Acting Director

CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Tate called the workshop to order at 4:40 p.m.
ITEM 1. REVIEW CITY'S FINANCIAL POLICIES
City Manager Bruno Rumbelow continued discussion of the financial condition of the City
and his recommendations. The following departments presented proposed reorganizations
of their staff and operations: Development Services, Parks & Recreation, Library, Police
and Public Works.
There was no formal action taken by the City Council.
ADJOURNMENT
Council Member Wilbanks, seconded by Council Member Stewart, offered a motion to
adjourn the workshop at 7:30 p.m. The motion prevailed by the following vote:

Ayes: Tate, Ware, Spencer, Wilbanks, Johnson, Stewart & Freed
Nays: None
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS on this the 15th day of May, 2007.
