Contact with appropriate facilities will be made prior to entering the class B, prior to lift, and subsequent operations as appropriate. Assigned frequencies will be monitored at all times during lift operations In the event the proposed operations cannot be completed as planned, this approval is valid September 5, 2019, through September 14, 2019, from sunrise to sunset.
