This letter confirms on September 10, 2019 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA19-98 for the property addressed 651 South Main Street, legally described as
Block 10, Lot 15, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Wood sandwich board outdoor sign: 2' wide by 3' high;
Note: The sandwich board outdoor sign may be placed within 3' of existing front porch
posts of this property as they constitute the front of the building and are located within
the property line, as provided by Ordinance;
as per the attached photo with the condition a permit is obtained from the building
department.
An approved CeLtificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
