This letter confirms on September 10, 2019 Historic Preservation staff approved
with conditions #CA19-92 for the property addressed 426 South Main Street,
legally described as Block 3, Lot 12, City of Grapevine, Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Install a painted metal wall sign TX 5" in size, centered on the wall above
the canopy and the front entry door;
as per the attached photo with the condition a building permit is obtained from
the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit
and a permit b is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817-410-3165 for information regarding permits.
