This letter confirms on September 12, 2019 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA19-100 for the property addressed 211 East Worth Street, legally described
as Block 35, Lot 4, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Install a "Winery" flag, one foot from side walk; flag installed on flagpole with metal
stake;
as per the attached photo with the condition a permit is obtained from the building
department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
