Failure to begin work within 180 days after permit issuance or allowing 180 days to pass between inspections will result in an expired permit. Once a permit has expired, the permit must be renewed and new fees paid. Permits which have expired for more than 30 days are subject to the issuance of citations. No future permits will be issued until the contractor resolves all expired permits. In order to reinstate your registration, your expired permit must be re-applied for and obtain final inspection.
