I have conducted a preliminary review of the permit application referenced in the subject of this email.
Please provide the following additional information:
Submit an application to the Board of Zoning Adjustment for the encroachment past the 30'front
building line by the existing structure. Provide the dimension to the ridge from ground on the elevation
drawings. Provide the separated distance from the existing shed to the proposed addition (10'
minimum separation required).

Purpose of Request: The applicant has submitted an application to the Department of

The following special exception to the Grapevine Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance 82-73:
