The next meeting of the Grapevine Heritage Foundation Advisory Board will be held on Wednesday,
December 11, 2019 at 5:00 pm at the Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau, 2"d Floor
Boardroom, 636 South Main Street, Grapevine, Texas. If you plan to attend this public meeting and
you have a disability requiring special arrangements, please contact the Office of Historic
Preservation at 817-410-3185 at least 24 hours in advance. Reasonable accommodations will be
made to assist your needs.
In accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.001 et seq. Acts of the 1993 Texas
Legislature, the Grapevine Heritage Foundation Annual Membership Meeting agenda was prepared
and posted by the 28th day of October, 2019 at 5:00 pm.

The Grapevine Heritage Foundation (GHF) held their scheduled Annual Meeting of the
Membership at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2019 lin the Nash Farmhouse at
626 Ball Street, Grapevine, Texas 76051.

Chairman Curtis Ratliff called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. acknowledging City
Council Members Duff O'Dell and Sharron Rogers; GHF Advisory Board Members; CVB
Directors, and staff. He thanked the Nash Farm staff for the great Chicken Pot Pie and
pumpkin soup dinner and their hospitality.
2. CITIZEN COMMENTS
There were no citizen comments registered.
Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Grapevine Heritage
Foundation under Citizen Comments by completing a Citizen Appearance Request form. In
accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Advisory Board is restricted in discussing or
taking action during Citizen Comments.

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
With a quorum, Chairman Ratliff pronounced unanimous consent to accept the minutes
as written from the October 16, 2019 meeting.
Ayes: 8 (Ratliff, Stanfield, Wright, Perkins, Fray, Hummer, Jensen and Nelson)
Nays: 0 None
Absent: 1 (Franks)
4. CHECK PRESENTATION
Festival & Events Manager Barry Feldner and GrapeFest ItalianCarFest Chairman Bob
Dezzany presented a check to Grapevine Heritage Foundation Treasurer Balla Wright
thanking all for the perfect union of their car show and Nash Farm.
5. 2019 YEAR IN REVIEW
Chairman Curtis Ratliff, staff and board members each reported on the highlights of
2019 and the 2020 GHF Calendar to be given to members at this meeting.
6. SPECIAL RECOGNITION
The Foundation recognized Willhoite's Restaurant for its year round support of Nash
Farm events with their chicken noodle soup at the Spring Into Nash event, the beans
and cornbread at the Fall Round -Up!, tonight's Chicken Pot Pie and the many other
hearty foods from our agricultural heritage. Eric Parker came forward to receive the
2019 Nash Farm Horseshoe in Recognition of Willhoite's support of Nash Farm and the
City of Grapevine. Mr. Parker accepted and said they were proud to work with the City
and appreciated the hotel rooms full and the many people on the street!

Chairman Ratliff called to adjourn the meeting With another unanimous consent to
adjourn.
