Tate Ave., 19-2257 & 19-1969 Dear Ms. Cook, I would like to apologize for the delay in responding. In November 2019, I received a certified letter from you. It was Addressed to Just in Time Signs ATTN: Dan Corbin 18767 E. 1210 Rd. Sayre, OK 73662. I signed for the letter because I am a Co-owner of Just-In-Time Signs, LLC & it had our address on it. I DO NOT know who Dan Corbin is. I have never heard of him. He has Never worked for Just-In-Time Signs,LLC. The letter stated that we at Just-In-Time Signs,LLC had submitted applications for& performed work at 2636 William D. Tate Ave. I am writing this letter to inform you that we DID NOT summit applications for permits,NOR did we perform any work at this site. As Co-Owner of Just-In-Time Signs, LLC, it is my responsibility to handle all paperwork. This includes permits, licensing, accounts payable &receivable, employee files, etc. We were asked by SNA employee Josh Jones to do the work. I started filling out applications for sign permits, but after reading Grapevine's ordinances, I turned the job down. Upon receiving your letter, I called Mr. Jones & spoke with him about this matter. He informed me that Valero performed the installation themselves. He is the one that told me to write you this letter. He said he had already called& spoke with you about this matter. I DO NOT know who submitted permit applications for this site, but it was NOT Just-In-Time Signs, LLC. I would appreciate a letter stating that this issue has been resolved and that we at Just-In-Time Signs, LLC will not be fined $2000.00 for something we did not do. I have enclosed a copy of you letter& a copy of the envelope. Again, I apologize for the delay in responding.
