This letter confirms that on December 30, 2013 Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions CA13 -103 for property addressed at 613 Ball Street legally described as A
518, Track 10 D 1, A Heirs Foster Survey. The following was approved on this Certificate
of Appropriateness:
1. Convert existing attic space on second floor of house to media room and new
bathroom as per submitted plans with the condition that the maximum
allowed living space of 3400 sq. ft. not be exceeded and a permit be obtained
by the Building Department.
Please note this approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved
Building Permit and a permit / is not required. Contact the City of
Grapevine's Building Department at 817 -410 -3165 for fees and information
regarding permits.
