This letter confirms on Feb 6, 2020 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA20-09 for the property addressed 338 South Main Street, legally described
as Block 2, Lot 6B, City of Grapevine, to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-
73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. A new wood chalkboard sandwich board sign, 24" wide by 36" high, for use on
the sidewalk in front of the building;
as per the attached photos with the condition a permit is obtained from the building
department.
An approved Ce ficate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
