Franklin Street, legally described as Block 16, Lot 1 R, City of Grapevine, to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following: 1. On the front of the building, remove the existing metal patio railing and replace with wood railing; 2. On the side facing gable install new scallop siding; 3. Repaint the exterior of the building with a new paint scheme using the following Sherwin William's colors: Building Trim - #SW 7571, "Casa Blanca"; Body of the building - #SW 6199 "Rare Gray"; Accent - #SW 6208, "Pewter Green"; 4. Remove 1950's Wrought Iron Posts and replace with wood posts; 5. Extend concrete front porch step to front wall to fix problem area; 6. Remove and replace existing gutters; 7. Remove existing front porch light fixture and replaced with approved light fixture; 8. Construct a wood screen mounted on wood posts to obscure view to the Electrical breaker box on the front of the building; Screen to be located 3 feet away from electrical box, with size to be 7 feet high X 3.5 feet wide; and install historical marker on front of screen; 9. Remove and replace the existing wood shutters replace with identical style wood shutters; 10. Back porch steps to be surfaced with composite wood material painted dark gray color; as per the attached drawings, specifications and photos with the condition a permit is obtained from the building department.
