This letter confirms on February 13, 2020 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA20-15 for the property addressed 426 East Texas Street, legally described
as Lot C, Rawls & Dalton Subdivision to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-
73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Paint exterior of home in the following color scheme:
a. Sherwin Williams' #SW-6119, "Antique White" — house trim;
b. Sherwin Williams' #SW-7639 "Ethereal Mood"- body of the house;
as per the attached color swatches and house photos.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is his not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
