To date the work has still not received a final inspection. Please be advised that the ordinance adopted by the City of Grapevine requires all work requiring a permit to be inspected. Equipment installation or construction work that does not comply with codes and ordinances can cause damage, injury, and death. Our inspectors look closely to ensure that all codes are met and the installation is safe to the best of their knowledge. Until such time as we issue an inspection approval for your work, we cannot confirm that there are no safety violations. Our records indicate you still need to provide Termite Verification & a Final Energy Report as well as Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Building Finals. Should you refuse to allow inspection as required by city ordinance, this refusal will be documented and placed in the permanent records for your property. Accurate Foundation obtained permits from your City to perform foundation repairs pursuant to engineering reports prepared by this office, We were asked hv Ar�i- r - +- — — - - - I I of --a LWU projects. an several occasions we left messages with the Owners trying to arrange a time to inspect the homes. The owners have failed to return our calls. As a result, the necessary final inspections have never been completed by this office. Keep in Mind that in order to conduct a final Inspection, I need access to the interior of the home. If the owner YAII not cooperate, we cannot issue a final letter.
