This letter confirms on February 14, 2020 the Historic Preservation Staff approved #CA20-
16 for the property addressed 424 South Main Texas Street, legally described as City of
Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G —
Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
Repaint the rear of the building in the following color scheme:
a. Sherwin Williams' #SW-2822, "Downing Sand" — rear wall;
b. Sherwin Williams' #SW-2807 "Rookwood Medium Brown"- building trim;
as per the attached color swatches and building photo.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
