The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: I. Construct a 8' high board on board cedar fence with cap and rail to match existing fence at rear property line; 2. Construct a 36" high wood picket fence painted white at front yard of house with two wood pedestriangates 36" high and 36" wide; 3. Construct cedar privacy drive way gate at driveway; as per the attached plan with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a permit is / is not required.
