GRAPEVINE TOWNSHIP REVITALIZATION
Because you are a property owner within 200 feet of the subject tract of land as
shown by the last City- approved tax rolls, you received this notice. If you cannot or
do not wish to attend the hearing, the attached form is provided for your
convenience. If owners of more than 20% of the property within 200 feet of the
subject tract object to the case, a 3/4 vote of the City Council is required to approve
the request.
Purpose of Request:
The public hearing is to consider an application by Hugo Gardea for property located at
529 East Worth Street and platted as Lots 7 & 8, Block 108, College Heights. The
applicant is requesting designation as a historic landmark subdistrict. Such subdistrict may
include buildings, land, areas, or districts or historical, architectural, archaeological or
cultural importance or value which merit protection, enhancement, and preservation in the
interest of the culture, prosperity, education, and welfare of the people. The subject
property is currently zoned "R -7.5" Single Family Residential and is owned by Vickie
Vinson.
