1. Public Hearing to obtain input from the city residents in reference to the
changes to the Dwelling Lease, Addendurns and Policies.

The Board Of Commissioners of the Grapevine Housing Authority held a public hearing and then met in Regular
Session on this the 27th day of February 2020 in the Conference Room of the Grapevine Housing Authority, with the
following members present to wit -

Chairperson Troeger called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

A. Rent Delinguency and Information Sheet
The Executive Director reported to the Board on the rent delinquencies, number of empty units, work orders
and statistical information for the waiting list for Public Housing through February 27, 2020.
B. Capital Funds Regort and Work in Progress
The Executive Director reported to the Board on the current Capital Funds and corresponding projects. The
2017 Capital Fund money has been fully spent and now closed.
C. Report of Public Housing Activi!Y and Issues
The water distribution system newly installed water line has passed inspection, the line may be buried. The
contractor still needs to finish the water line into the office, install freezeless yard hydrants (in place of hose
bids), and clean up the lawn around the property. The contractor damaged the french drain and will repair it.
We have started seeing a few of our residents taking payday loans against their social security check.

The minutes from the February 21, 2020, Resident Advisory Board meeting were presented to the Board.

Item #4 - Consideration of the minutes from the January 23,2020 meeting and take any necessary action.
The Board was provided the minutes from the January 23, 2020 meeting for approval.
Commissioner Rice moved and Commissioner Rhodes -Cantu seconded to accept the January 23, 2020 minutes as
presented.
Ayes: Traeger, McHugh, Rice, Anderson & Rhodes -Cantu
Nays: None

Item #5 — Consideration and avoroval of Resolution No. 20-02. to adopt the channel to the Dwelling Lease, Addendums
and Policies.
The Board was presented with electronic changes to the Dwelling Lease, Addendums and Policies.
Commissioner McHugh moved and Commissioner Anderson seconded to approve Resolution 20-02 as amended to
adopt the revised Dwelling Lease, Addendums and Policies.
Ayes: Traeger, McHugh, Rice, Anderson & Rhodes -Cantu
Nays: None
Motion passed
