� CALL TO ORDER (

E Mayor Tate called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. ,

. ITEM 1 . EXECUTIVE SESSION ;

� Mayor Tate announced the City Council would conduct a closed session regarding
pending or contemplated litigation (relative to the Dallas/Fort Worth International
; Airport Board's decision relative to proposed Runway 16/34 West) under amendments
,
to Article 6252-17, Subsection 2(e). ;
�
� Upon reconvening in open session in the Council Chambers, all members of the City
Council were present except Council Member Wilbanks. Mayor Tate asked if there
was any action necessary relative to the closed session. City Manager Trent Petty
I requested authorization for expansion of the current legislative agreement with Capital
� Consultants. �

Council Member Spencer, seconded by Council Member Traverse, offered a motion �
I ;
i to expand the current legislative agreement with Capital Consultants. The motion �
k prevailed by the following vote: �

� Ayes : Tate, Spencer, Traverse, Pittman & Wickman
Nays : None
