The applicant proposed to change se on the subject site from a wine tasting room o a restaurant i outside i in alcoholic beverage sales ( r, wine and mixed beverages) for on-premise consumption only. Mr. Gary Farina, the applicant, was available to answer questions requested favor le consideration. Discussion was held regarding changing the busi ss from in to restaurant. Mr. Farina stated he n to I serve wine and r to compete with other restaurants on Main Street. The hours of operation for the restaurant wo I notchange. The following ersons spoke regarding the lic lion: John Mayfield - support Carl Young - opposed, due to parking concerns in the downtown area. With r questions, guests to speak, on letter of support, the public hearing closed. In the Commission's deliberation session, iscussion about using public parking lot for the majority of their parking requirements. J Wilson moved to approve conditional use lic ion CU13-02 with the condition that restaurant serves beer and wine only and the restaurant ill close at 1 0:00 pm Sunday thru Thursday and 11:00 pm Friday and r .
