Box Addition, City of Grapevine, to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended for the following items..
1. Paint Exterior of house in the following paint color scheme:
a. Trim of the House — Sherwin Williams' #SW-7551 — "Greek Villa";
b. Body of the House — Behr - Back to Nature #S340-4 — "Marquee";
as per the attached color swatches.
An approved Certificate.of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is f is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
