This letter confirms on February 19, 2020 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA20-14 for the property addressed 516 Estill Street, legally described as
Block 102, Lot 5R1, College Heights Addition to the Grapevine Historic Preservation
Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the
following:
1. Construct a new 10' X 20' Storage Shed in the back yard of the house;
as per the attached plan and drawings with the condition the minimum distance from the
house to the new storage shed is maintained; and a permit is obtained from the building
department.
An approved Cer:i\ficate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit ems,)/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
