BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS
BZA96-12 - GEORGE BOEDECKER
Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that the Board of Zoning Adjustment
will conduct a public hearing on Monday evening, May 6, 1996 at 6 PM in the City
Council Chambers, Room #205, 307 West Dallas Road, Grapevine, Texas, for the
purpose of considering an application submitted to the Department of Development
Services by George Boedecker. The request is for variances to Grapevine
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance 82-73. Section 14.G.1., "R-12.5" Single Family
District Regulations require a thirty-five (35) foot front yard setback. The variance
request is to allow a seven (7) foot encroachment into the required thirty-five (35)
foot front yard setback. If the Board of Zoning Adjustment approves the request, it
would allow a twenty-eight (28) foot front yard setback. Section 14.G.3., "R-12.5"
Single Family District Regulations require an eight (8) foot side yard setback. The
variance request is to allow a two (2) foot encroachment into the eight (8) foot
required side yard setback. If the Board of Zoning Adjustment approves the request,
it would allow a six (6) foot side yard setback. A copy of the plot plan is on file at
the Department of Development Services, 307 West Dallas Road, Suite 209.
The location of the request is addressed as 3104 Lakeview Drive, legally described as
Lot 4, Block 2, Shoreview Estates Addition, City of Grapevine, Tarrant County, Texas.
The property is owned by Charles & Gail Poynter.

Staff recommends the Board of Zoning Adjustment approve the request to Grapevine

Addition and addressed as 3104 Lakeview Drive as follows:
