The City of Grapevine Parks & Recreation Advisory Board met February 20, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the
Administration Conference Room at The REC of Grapevine, 1175 Municipal Way, Grapevine, Texas
with the following members present, to -wit:

Christian Ross called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
A moment of silence was observed.

A motion was made to approve the following renewal adopt -an -area agreement:
o Kelly Richards for Horseshoe Trails Park, east side

Presentation:
Kevin Mitchell gave a presentation over The REC's safety protocols and procedures over the last five
years since the opening of the facility as well as items that address other facilities and programs
beyond the REC.

Best Buddies basketball game, Interact Club volunteerism at the Rotary Valentine's Dance,
tennis in -season and AP environmental science doing work on courtyard.
