This letter confirms on March 18, 2019 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA20-01 for the property addressed 129 South Main Street, Suite #260,
legally described as Block 1, Lot 1, Hazlewood Commercial Building, City of Grapevine Texas.
The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
Install five identical bronze aluminum "wayfinding" wall signs for the building in
the following locations:
a. On the rear of the building at the south east corner of the building - place two
signs, one sign on the south side and one on the east side;
b. On the rear of the building, at the Piaf Restaurant, entrance to the building
breezeway — place two signs, one on the east side and one on the north side;
c. On the Main Street side of the building, inside the breezeway place one sign
on the north wall;
as per the attached plans and building photos with the condition a permit be
obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Cert'ficate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is) / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 81 .410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
