SIGN -10-5251 From: "John Pichler" <John IdentitecSigns.com> To: <DEllison@GrapevineTexas.gov> Date: 11/7/20116:04 PM Subject: PROJECT NO. SIGN -10-5251 Greetings, Don. On October 19, 2010 the City of Grapevine issued Sign Permit #10-5251 to Identitec for the construction of a new monument sign for First United Methodist Church at 455 Ball Street, for which Identitec paid the permit fee of $99.75. Subsequently, the church needed to delay construction and no work was ever started. Now the church is re -visiting this matter and may be ready to resume this project very shortly. I'm aware that the permit expired 180 days from date of issuance, but naturally if it's possible I'd like to avoid the inconvenience and cost of re -submitting a new permit application. There will be no changes to the location or construction of the monument sign from what the City has already approved, and to my knowledge the City has not changed the provisions of its sign ordinance in any way that would affect this sign. Will you please extend the original permit's expiration date to March 31, 2012? Thank you for your consideration of this request, please advise me at your convenience.
