This letter confirms on February 26, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission approved
with conditions#CA18-29 for the property addressed 626 East Wall Street, legally described
as Block: 101, Lot 7, College Heights Addition, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Construct new 6' high cedar board fence on cedar rails with metal posts boxed in
with wood; wood to be stained "pecan" color;
2. Stone sample for new patio, walls and fireplace chimney;
as per attached plans with the condition a building permit be obtained from the
Building Department
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is 1 is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
