TRIPLETT, JR � PLANNER II DEVELOPMENT SERVICES SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE SEPTEMBER 8, 2010 STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF TARRANT e s CITY OF GRAPEVINE The Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on this the 8th day of September 2010, in the Development Services Director's Office, 200 South Main Street, First Floor, Grapevine, Texas with the following members present-to- wit: Larry Oliver Chair Darlene Freed Member Scott Williams Member constituting a quorum and the following City Staff: Ron Stombaugh Planning and Development Manager Albert Triplett Planner II Susan Batte Planning Technician CALL TO ORDER Larry Oliver called the meeting to order at 3:33 p.m. NEW BUSINESS CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU10-21 - GREAT WOLF LODGE First for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU10-03 submitted by Great Wolf Resorts for property located at 100 Great Wolf Drive and platted as Lot 1, Block 1, Great Wolf Addition of Grapevine. The applicant was requesting a conditional use permit to amend the previously approved site plan of CU08-20 (Ord. 08-50) for a planned commercial center in conjunction with a hotel and water park, specifically to allow for the addition of a 1,650 square foot accessory storage building to the site. After a brief discussion, Darlene Freed moved to approve conditional use application CU10-21. Scott Williams seconded the motion which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Oliver, Freed and Williams Nays: None CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES Next for the Committee to consider were the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of � June 2, 2010. �.an,.;.,� 090810 � � SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE SEPTEMBER 8, 2010 Darlene Freed moved to approve Site Plan Review Committee minutes of June 2, 2010 as written. Scott Williams seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote: � Ayes: Freed and Williams Nays: None Next for the Committee to consider were the revised Site Plan Review Committee minutes of October 28, 2009. Larry Oliver moved to approve the revised Site Plan Review Committee minutes of October 28, 2009 as written. Scott Williams seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Oliver and Williams Nays: None ADJOURNMENT With no further business to discuss, Larry Oliver adjourned the meeting at 3:35 p.m. PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF GRA�EVINE, TEXAS ON THIS THE 6TH DAY OF OCTOBER 2010.
