The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: 1. Revisions to previously approved drawings for restoration and addition to the original house and a new two -car garage building under #CA17-28 to include the following changes: a. New paint color scheme — Body of house, addition and garage, Sherwin Williams #7666, "Fleur de Sel; Trim of house, addition and garage, Sherwin Williams #7006, "Extra White" Exterior doors of house, addition and garage doors, Sherwin Williams, #7016 "Mindful Gray; b. New windows for house, addition and garage to be Pella Reserve Traditional, Double Hung, Pine Wood Exterior windows "Primed wood" for the Original House in "Iron Ore" color; and Pella Reserve Traditional, Double Hung, Eduraclad Exterior windows for the new addition and garage, in "Iron Ore" color Metal finish; c. Roof shingles and materials — Install Certainteed, Landmark shingles in "Moire Black" color, for entire main house, addition and garage; install a metal roof on the front porch, not visible from the street; and install a copper roof on the roof of the front bay window; d. Replace main front door — using a wood panel door matching the original door design, as per the attached photos and specifications the conditions a permit be obtained from the Building Department.
