Engineering 6. Parking expansion is in the area of an existing detention pond. The intent of this detention was to keep any increase or change to the drainage to DFW airport property and avoid the requirement under City of Grapevine Code for downstream property owner's permission to modify flows. • The site grading will need to be completed in a manner that the downstream conditions are not affected or get a letter from the downstream owner. • Maintenance for this pond will be the property owner's responsibility. • Additional detail of the parking area discharge and pond design may be required with the final plans. 7. For verification purposes please email a PDF of the final sheets to atriplett@grapevinetexas.gov prior to producing the final copies. The above comments must be reflected in the revised submittal, which upon review, can be administratively approved.
